Jessica Hopper is a young female kangaroo that is the crush of Hippety Hopper. Unlike Hippety Hopper, Jessica Hopper can speak and is voiced by voice actor Grey DeLisle. The only visual difference between Hippety and Jessica, is that Jessica is a slightly lighter shad of brown, and has a red bow in her ears. She has appeared in three episodes.
